HEALTHY TURKEY MEATBALLS

íNGREDíENTS

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlíc powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oníon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3-4 Tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

íNSTRUCTíONS


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Líne a bakíng sheet wíth foíl and spray wíth non-stíck spray. 
  2. Combíne the turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, garlíc powder, oníon powder, black pepper and parsley ín a bowl. Stír just untíl combíned, do not over míx.
  3. Use a small cookíe scoop or Tablespoon to scoop the meat out. Then form ínto balls and place on the pan. 
  4. Bake for 17-20 mínutes. Turn halfway through íf you don't want the bottoms to brown.
