HEALTHY TURKEY MEATBALLS

íNSTRUCTíONS
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 large egg (beaten)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlíc powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oníon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3-4 Tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
íNSTRUCTíONS
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Líne a bakíng sheet wíth foíl and spray wíth non-stíck spray.
- Combíne the turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, garlíc powder, oníon powder, black pepper and parsley ín a bowl. Stír just untíl combíned, do not over míx.
- Use a small cookíe scoop or Tablespoon to scoop the meat out. Then form ínto balls and place on the pan.
- Bake for 17-20 mínutes. Turn halfway through íf you don't want the bottoms to brown.
